Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Little or no orb consumption
  • Good performance on low HP
  • Contribute a lot to total damage output of team, especially when combining with Hari-onna (Seductress)

Cons

  • Can only go with some healers
  • Dependent on passive skill, Souls and Shouzu (without Shouzu, Kyuuketsuhime can be easily countered)
  • Players would need to pay attention to Kyuuketsuhime’s HP constantly: keep it not too low to avoid being instant K.O’d, not too high to keep Kyuuketsuhime’s damage high enough

Souls

Scarlet (2/4/6) – (ATK/ATK/CRIT) or (ATK/RES/CRIT). It is popular to use Scarlet with Kyuuketsuhime. It is also the best soul there is for Kyuuketsuhime to reach her maximum potential. Other good souls for Kyuuketsuhime are Dice Sprite and Tomb Guard. These two souls are less popular as can only be obtained from Shop.

If you don’t have any of the above-mentioned souls, try these following souls:

Soultaker
Nightwing
Jizo Statue

Teammates

First and foremost, Shouzu is a must-have teammate of Kyuuketsuhime. Shouzu can assist Kyuuketsuhime a lot in both attacking and defending every turn.

Shouzu

For healer, most healers’ skills would heal target(s) an extra amount of HP in the following turns. This is hard to control Kyuuketsuhime’s HP for the sake of her damage. So in this case, Momo should be the best healer for Kyuuketsuhime. Momo heals once per time and gives no extra  healing. She also has Revival Blossoms – revives 1 K.O’d ally. All this makes Momo the best healer Kyuuketsuhime at the moment.

Momo

Bakedanuki and Heiyo are good teammates with provoking skills. Provoking effect from Bakedanuki’s normal attacks can’t be dispelled. Together they can make an all-round team, Shouzu + Scarlet (soul) – defender, Kyuuketsuhime – attacker, Momo – healer, Bakedanuki, Heiyo – provoker.

Enemies

Yaobikuni: for her passive disabling ability. Kyuuketsuhime is weak against such disables.

Other enemies to name are: Enma, Komatsumaru and Arakawa, Arakawa can quickly go past Shouzu’s defense to take down Kyuuketsuhime.
