Recently, Square Enix announced their exciting collaboration with the popular trading card game, Magic: The Gathering, featuring Final Fantasy as the central theme. What will it look like?

Overview of the Collaboration Between Magic: The Gathering and Final Fantasy

, Wizards of the Coast, the developers of Magic: The Gathering, announced their plans for 2025. Among these plans is a collaboration with Final Fantasy, which has been eagerly anticipated by fans.

This new set will showcase some well-known characters from the popular JRPG franchise. These include Lightning from the thirteenth series, Emet-Selch from the fourteenth series, Moogle from the classic series, and the most iconic, Sephiroth from the seventh series.

Not only that, Ichikawa Shoichi, the game producer, also confirmed that fans will get to see other characters like Noctis, Terra, Cloud, along with several Summons, Monsters, and Weapons in this set.
