Following an announcement made last year, Netflix has finally revealed the release date for the animated series “Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft.” Additionally, they have released a trailer that provides a glimpse into the series’ storyline.

Netflix has posted an animated trailer for Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft on their official YouTube channel. This series takes place following the events of the ‘Survivor’ series, where Lara Croft departs from her friends to embark on a perilous solo adventure.
However, one day she is forced to return when a dangerous and powerful Chinese artefact is stolen from Croft Manor by a thief with ties to Lara, and this event forces her to confront her true self.
The series is set after the reboot game trilogy and aims to bridge the gap between the reboot trilogy and the timeline of the original version. Tomb Raider The Legend of Lara Croft will feature Hawley Atwell as Lara Croft, Earl Baylon as Jonah Maiava, and Allen Maldonado as Zip.
