Players Rage, Respawn Restores Battle Pass Purchase System Using Apex Coins

Respawn Restores Battle Pass Purchase

Previously there was complicated news about the Battle Pass system from the popular battle royale game made by Respawn Entertainment, Apex Legends. Where players can no longer use Apex Coins to buy a Battle Pass for the next season.

So far, the Apex Coins that players get from completing all season battle pass challenges can be used to buy a battle pass in the next season or buy cosmetic weapons / characters that they like.

In 1 season, players can get as many as 950 Apex Coins and can be used to buy the next season battle pass for only 900 Apex Coins. However, an announcement came from Respawn Entertainment that players will no longer be able to buy a Battle Pass with the Apex Coins they have collected.

Suddenly this announcement became a controversy in the community, even many pro Apex Legends players also commented on this latest Battle Pass system. Not stopping there, the Apex Legends page on the Steam platform was also flooded with “Negative Reviews”.

Seeing the many cons of this, Respawn Entertainment made an announcement that they were returning the Battle Pass system to the initial version, where players could buy the battle pass with Apex Coins, but for those who want to buy a premium battle pass it can still be done by paying USD $9.99 for Ultimate and USD $19.99 for Ultimate +.

Although there are still many players who are upset with Respawn’s actions, there are also many players who give positive comments on Respawn’s official Instagram page.
