You Can Play是一個在傳統體育界推廣平權的組織，宗旨是運動界的所有相關人員–無論是選手、教練或者粉絲，都不應該因為性別或者性取向而遭受歧視。在六月一日這天，OWL戰隊Los Angeles Valiant就為這個計劃首度打開了電子競技的門扉。

Valiant的CEO認為電子競技界的歧視同樣嚴重，環境並不友善，而Valiant的核心價值與此衝突，他們更希望營造出一個包容性強的社群。
他們的合作內容包括：You Can Play向Valiant人員提供有關多元化和包容性的知識課堂，出席Valiant舉行的活動向粉絲推廣平權理念，以及Valiant隊員將圍繞You Can Play在電子競技的主題拍攝宣傳片。
為了響應同志驕傲月（六月），Valiant還推出了彩虹色的隊徽可燙貼，$10美金一個，可以燙在衣服上。部分所得款項將會用於支持You Can Play計劃。
