New Map for Black Ops 6 Zombie Mode Announced
In a Twitter post, the developer Treyarch revealed a sneak peek of the Mansion map, which will be featured in the Zombie mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The announcement was accompanied by a teaser image.
The image showcases the front view of a mansion, damaged vehicles, and an abundance of fire and smoke. It creates a haunting atmosphere, which unsurprisingly serves as a hideout for zombies.
According to circulating information, the mansion depicted above is the same one featured in the Liberty Fall map teaser video. This map is believed to be set in February 1991, just days before the Terminus and Liberty Falls events, which were followed by the outbreak’s failure.
This timeline has been verified through a transcript of an interview between Blanchard and Krystal Miller. According to the cutscene from The Tomb, this map might be connected to the Zombie and Chaos storyline in Call of Duty: Vanguard.
For the release, the leaker known as TheGhostofHope quoted the tweet above, stating, “Season 3 launch hehe.” This suggests that the map might be released alongside the postponed launch of Season 3 of Call of Duty.
