Sony PlayStation announced on their official website that the game Concord, developed by Firewalk Studios, will be officially withdrawn and discontinued on September 6, 2024.
Sony made this decision after taking many factors into account regarding the game, including the quality that players can experience while playing and other aspects within the game. Additionally, the initial release did not meet their expectations.
Therefore, the FPS Hero Shooter game developed by Firewalk Studios will officially be discontinued, and the game will go offline starting on September 6, 2024. After this date, players will no longer be able to access the game.
What About Gamers Who Have Already Purchased the Game?
For gamers who have previously bought this game, Sony is offering them the option to request a refund. You can initiate the refund process if you purchased the game on Steam, the Epic Games Store, or through a retail store. The refund policy applies to both the PS5 and PC versions of the game.
Here are the requirements to request a refund for the game Concord:
- Steam: Players who purchased the game on Steam will be eligible for a refund within the next few days. Steam will send a confirmation once the refund is processed.
- Epic Games Store: Players will have the ability to get a refund for games they bought on the Epic Games Store within the next few days. Each customer will be contacted directly to confirm that their refund has been processed.
- Retail Store: Any customer who has purchased a physical game from a retail store other than directly from PlayStation, please proceed with the refund confirmation process so it can be processed.
After the refund process is completed, the gamer will no longer be able to access this game, and Sony PlayStation will provide further information regarding the game Concord.
