A cluster of new titles are set to further bolster the ranks of Sony’s PlayStation Hits lineup. PlayStation Hits is a collection of the best games to grace the PlayStation 4 platform at a greatly reduced price recognizable from a red band strewn across the upper part of the box art. The first flurry of titles were released this summer and included behemoths such as The Last of Us Remastered, Doom, Bloodborne, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End among other illustrious company.
From November 2nd, the following games are joining the fray: Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Until Dawn, Batman Arkham Knight, Need For Speed Rivals, UFC 2, Need For Speed, Shadow of Mordor: Game of The Year Edition, Dying Light: The Following, Marvel Super Heroes, Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, Earth Defence: The Shadow of New Despair, Mortal Kombat X, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Xtreme Legends: Dynasty Warriors 8 Complete Edition, Battlefield Hardline, and Dragon Age Inquisition.
This will bring the total number of games to a healthy 31 titles with more expected down the line. The November 2nd date is for US and Canada release, with Europe and the rest of the world to follow shortly afterwards. All the games will be available from select retailers, while digital copies can be picked up at the PS Store.
All in all, it’s hard to disagree with the games who’ve been stamped with the PlayStation Hits seal of approval though we can nevertheless think of quite a few titles that seem have yet to appear. Here’s to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Grand Theft Auto V, and God of War making the cut at some point.
