上週，美國網紅 Heather 在 Twitch 上與朋友聊天直播時自然地為手上的嬰孩哺乳，被網友剪輯片段上傳至 Reddit 引來兩派言論的爭辯，有人認為 Heather 正藉由「哺乳」炒作人氣，但也有許多人認為這是一個自然、無色情行為，也因為「炒作派」的鼓譟使得這段影片遭 Twitch 下架。事後外媒 Kotaku 採訪 Heather ，她透露自己十分訝異居然只有少數人替正當哺乳行為辯護或發聲，整個社群會有如此多的負面反應。

然而，終於在今（2）日 Twitch 官方回應 Heather，表示「很抱歉過了這麼久才做回應，哺乳行為並不應該被歸類在色情內容」，並且承諾將會調整社群規範以保障母嬰哺乳行為之權益，最後也重新將影片上架。但是即便如此，仍然是有大批網民不願意接受「哺乳行為」合理化。
