兩天前，Riot 設計師 David Capurro 於推特上發布文章，透漏了 9.12 的「可能」改版方向及角色改強、削弱，其中雷茲的 Q 技能超負荷不再產生護盾已經在先前的文章提到，而現在又有了新的改動，厄薩斯大絕 ─ 劍魔滅世的重生將被取消，意味著厄薩斯以後不能復活了。

厄薩斯的可能改動如下：被動的冷卻時間從原先的固定 15 秒，變為 20 ～ 12 秒（隨英雄等級變少）
Based on the data tweeted and the meeting earlier this afternoon, looks like 9.12 is going to be a pretty modest sized patch. Looking at:

設計師也提到上述英雄可能即將於 9.12 版本中進行削弱或增強，不過與以往相同，並未提及增強或改弱的明確方向，還有待日後資訊更新。
改強：札克、凱特琳、艾希、卡瑪、露璐
削弱：厄薩斯、賽勒斯、雷茲、伊瑞莉雅（削弱少不了我）、悠咪、納帝魯斯
